These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pleso website, matching quiz, chatbot, booking, and dashboard (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.
Health and Safety
The Services include a low‑barrier chatbot and access to licensed therapists. The chatbot is not a substitute for emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number. Therapists providing care are independent professionals.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Respect privacy and confidentiality obligations.
Bookings and Payments
- Session bookings are subject to therapist availability and our policies.
- Payments are processed by third‑party providers; additional terms may apply.
- Cancellations and refunds follow the terms shown at booking time.
Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pleso and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services as provided.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information, including aggregate analytics for employers.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pleso will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles, and subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Poland, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
